The Heartbreaking Tale of a Puppy Left Behind

Adoption day is typically a fun and hopeful time where families usher new furry family members into their homes. But, sometimes the reality can be other way round. A picture of a tiny puppy dolled up in an adorable ensemble his big day, and then left all by himself the very next moment. This scenario unfolds more often than one may presume, and needless to say both the animal as well as people feel heartbroken out of it.

The Anticipation of Adoption

For months, the pup had been sitting in a shelter dreaming of the day he would find his home forever. Every day the anticipation of being selected soared.
