Boxer Dog Learns to Splash by Imitating Kids in Swimming Pool
A Fun Day at the Pool
It was a beautiful sunny day and several kids were all frolicking about in this large pool. They played, they laughed and just splashed water everywhere. Including a happy-go-lucky Boxer, Max. Max loved being with children as they played. His big brown eyes would light up with enthusiasm whenever he joined then in the water.
Curious Max
Max was very curious. He too wanted to get in on the action, but he couldn’t swim. My grandpa watched carefully as the kids splashed and played. Max observed the kids as they leaped into the pool and created large splashes. He proclaimed within himself, “I also want to send shockwaves!”
Imitating the Kids
So Max decided to give ita shot after a while. He jumped in at the deep end. Splash! He plummeted into the shallow water with a heavy splash. The cold water ran over his fur. Max merely stood there, shook the water off and was pretty proud of himself.
Max jumped and the kids cheered for him. They shouted, “Come on, Max! Jump again!” Max wagged his taile and jumped in the pool again attempting what kids did. He splashed water everywhere! Max laughed harder, and the children began to quake with laughter again.
Max Becomes a Splash Star
Max, really took to splashing on ever higher clearances. He was not scared of the water now. He figured out how to get in and start pawing at the water trying to create waves like all three of us kids did. He was quickly the pool’s biggest attraction. Max was thrilled with every moment spent playing with the kids.
Conclusion
Well, Max the Boxer dog taught us that no one is too old to learn a new trick. He imitated the kids and thus learned what splashing around in a pool is all about. So because of this everytime they go to the pool, Max is right there with them, ready for that laughter and joy as well.
