What is a Skink?

Skinks are found in many habitats; they live ib forests, grasslands and gardens. They are attracted to warm weather and frequently tunnel around under stones or leaves. A skinks diet is less fussy which mainly consists of little creepy crawlies, worms and infrequently ready to eat fruit. They have keen eyesight that allows them to find food more easily.
Skinks as Pets
Skinks make great pets because they require minimal care. Skink – This guy is friendly and does not take up too much room.
