A Sweet Labrador Takes Care of a Small Stray Kitten

The Meeting

On a bright and sunny day, Max — the cute yellow Labrador was playing in his garden. Not bitey, but he liked to run and chase balls And one day as he played, a faint meow caught his ear. But Max stopped and looked around. He noticed a small lost kitten behind the bush. I remember this kitten that appeared scared and alone.

A New Friendship

Max slowly made his way around to the bush. The kitten was the one who had to feel supported. I noticed how dirty her fur was and that she had been shivering. Max would again wag his tail and make little soft noises, just to let them know they were safe around him. The kitty popped out and saw Max smiling at her. The kitten came out and walked over to Max. They got together ,both sniffed the other and they were agreeable.

Caring for the Kitten

Max sensed that the little kitten would need assistance. He gave a little nose nudge to the kitten. He then took the kitten back to his dish of food. He taught his new friend how to hunt and fish, he offered him blood (or food) oil when Wilyupolu reached out for the flask; he would pour some into a jar like thing then offer it back. The kitten had an appetite and ate ravenously. Max looked after the kitten so nothing bad would happen to it.

They had finished eating, and the kitten began to play with Max’s tail. This made Max happy, he wagged his tail even faster. They ran and jumped in the sunshine, playing together. For, both it was a happy moment.

A New Home

But Max’s owner saw the new friend. She smiled and opted for the accepting of a kitten. She gave it a bubble bath and called the cat Whiskers. Max and Whiskers were now the best of friends. They played with each other every day. In the backyard, Max showed Whiskers how to chase and fetch.

Conclusion

Max, the sweet Labrador, brought joy to the small stray kitten. Their friendship showed us that love and care can make a big difference. Now, they live happily together, sharing their lives in a loving home.
